Homemade Onion Soup Mix

I am always on the lookout for ways to make my own seasoning mixes. Not only is it healthier than the purchased ones it is also much cheaper in the long run. When I looked online I mostly found mixes that included beef bullion powder, and I didn’t really want to use that.

I decided on this recipe since it didn’t have any beef bullion. It has a beautiful yellow color from the turmeric. This will be a fantastic replacement to a store bought mix, but I wouldn’t use it to make a chip dip. I don’t think it would have the right flavor. Because you are using pure spices this mix is completely gluten free.

3 Teaspoons Parsley Flakes
